Hi everyone, we hope you all had a well deserved short rest after the Gold Coast Eisteddfod & congratulations to all who participated.
BUT it’s now time to get stuck into preparations for our end of year concert. The end of year concert (as always) is the biggest and best event on the calendar.
GREAT NEWS The concert date and venue are booked and we are very happy to announce we are back at the Gold Coast Arts Centre “Paradise Room” Wednesday 19th December. (Not the main show room but it’s the first step back)
Tickets will cost $25.00 per person and will go on sale Saturday 3rd November 9am at the studio. (1ST in best seats)
It is extremely important that all students attend all classes and rehearsals from now to the concert. Failure to do so may result in exclusion from some routines. Of course we do understand that on occasions, school functions may clash. We therefore do take these events into consideration and we will need to know prior to the date of your absence and reason why.
Some costumes from the Gold Coast Eisteddfod have not yet been returned. Please make sure all costumes are returned cleaned, ironed and folded in plastic bags ASAP.
There are also a lot of outstanding term fees and costume accounts that need to be finalized. Just remember, if we don’t get payment from you guys, it’s really hard for us to pay our bills like rent, electricity, staff etc. and even harder to continue to buy new costumes for the students to wear. Please do your best to finalize these accounts. Thanks 🙂
We are in the process of trying to improve our placement on Google. (To get to the front page.) The company that we have engaged for this project has asked us to approach our clients (you) to submit some feed back onto our website.
